Hi Friends, my name is Phil McGuirk and I am creating this GoFundMe for one of my dear friend's daughter, Sarah - who is currently not going to well.
Earlier this week, Sarah, who was born Sturge-Weber Syndrome, was admitted to Kalgoorlie Hospital after experiencing seizures throughout the night. After examination in Kalgoorlie Hospital Sarah was flown on the Royal Flying Doctor to Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth.
Since she has been admitted, Sarah has had several more seizures. Currently , Sarah has developed TODD PARALYSIS, and struggling to communicate, due to damage of her frontal lobe.
As she is over 500km's away from home, there is ongoing costs of travel, medication, and home expenses back in Kambalda. As a dear friend, I cannot stand by and watch this young lady deteriorate and to be left in pain.
I am urging with great faith that my fellow friends Australia wide, help me with this target I'm setting, and to put some quality of life back into Sarah, and her future. she and her mother have endured enough pain and hurt , its time for myself to shout out to my fellow friends to dig deep and give to something to help someone so dear to me, and the people of Kambalda.
Sarah's family have travelled to Perth to be by her side, and to be there every minute. This GoFundMe, is to assist in Sarah's family's accommodation and ongoing cost.
