Help Us Lay Our Sweet John Ard to Rest

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the devastating news of my son, John’s passing. John was only 10 years old when he tragically left us on April 9, 2025, just days after a heartbreaking accident on April 5th. He fought with everything he had, Our Brave Boy but God called him home.

John was my firstborn, the eldest of my seven children, and the light of our lives. He was full of laughter, curiosity, and a mischievous charm that could melt anyone’s heart. Whether he was cracking jokes, leading his siblings on adventures, or offering comfort when someone was sad, John had a way of making everyone feel special. His smile could light up a room and often did.

He was more than just a son or a brother. He was our joy, our energy, our “Mom, look what I can do!” Our little leader. Our biggest blessing.

We are absolutely heartbroken. The loss of John has left a void that can never be filled, and while we work to support one another and begin the long road of healing, we are also facing the reality of needing to give him the beautiful, dignified farewell he deserves.

Our immediate need is to cover funeral and burial expenses.
