Help Barry beat cancer!

Barry James has had a long and distinguished career as a drummer and percussionist, and is recognized as a nationally respected drum teacher, performer, and clinician. Recently, Barry was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. He’s already started chemotherapy, because his doctors have determined that the cancer is inoperable. Insurance helps a little, but as you can imagine the extra cost of deductibles, copays and other expenses has created a significant financial burden for Barry and his wife Elaine. All of the funds raised will be used to pay for Barry's medical and healthcare expenses.

Barry has mentored and inspired countless students to help them discover and refine their drumming and percussion skills. Many of his students now perform professionally around the world. Barry is always willing to help his students and friends by giving his time, experience, and expertise to anyone that needs assistance. Now it’s our turn to assist Barry, by giving whatever we can to help him with his current challenge.
