Remember Joanie Leslie Weissler Murphy (1948-2020)

Our beloved Joan Leslie Weissler Murphy, 72, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away on November 7, 2020.  She was born in Scarsdale, NY, on October 15, 1948. Joanie was a loving Mother, Sister, Daughter, Wife and Math Teacher, known by family and friends to be an adoring woman who always shining happiness into the center of people's lives.

More information about Art of Problem Solving Foundation: We help underserved students study advanced mathematics so they can discover the joys of math - and enter the pathway to become scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and programmers. Students at our main program, Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM) discover whole new worlds of math. They attend our summer programs and Saturday enrichment classes, get individual mentoring, and find a community of friends that stays with them for a lifetime.
