HELP! The Oil Tank is leaking.

Good morning! I hate writing this request. But I have to accept that every now and then people need help. This morning we found that the oil tank has sprung a leak in the basement utility room and it needs to be replaced. We called around and got a quote for $2500 plus at least 100 gallons of oil. Any help would be appreciated. I’m sorry to have to ask but I have no where else to turn.
