medical needs for Zoey

Zoey is a 1 year old female who has Gerd, Craniosynostosis, Plagiocephaly, Torticollis, Scoliosis, microcephaly, and a milk protein allergy. Because of theses conditions we have to make several trips to children's mercy in Kansas City Missouri witch is two hours away from where we live.
Gerd is: Gastroesophageal reflux. Like in adults with the condition, gastroesophageal
reflux is the upward movement of stomach contents into the esophagus and
sometimes into or out of the mouth. Zoey's Gerd is very severe and even caused her to be put in the hospital in October 2013 for failure to thrive. She had to have a NG-tube (feeding tube) because eating caused so much pain for her that she just refused to eat and was not gaining weight. As she get better and grows bigger her medication (omeprizal) has to be adjusted often and we have to fight with the insurance to cover it because they think she should just swallow an over the counter bill like everyone else they don't understand why She needs her's in liquid form.
Craniosynostosis is: A rare condition in which a baby develops or is born
with an abnormally shaped skull. It happens as a result of one or more
of the infant's cranial sutures (cracks in the skull) fusing too early. Normally an infant's skull is made up seven bones, with gaps (cranial
sutures) between them that do not fuse until the child is approximately
two years old, this allows their brain to grow and develop. Zoey has Metopic Synostosis which is a much rarer form of craniosynostosis. Babies with this form develop a triangular scalp.
Plagiocephaly is: Plagiocephaly is a condition that causes a baby's head to have a flat spot (flat head syndrome) or be misshapen. Treatment of deformational plagiocephaly generally includes helmeting. One cause of deformational plagiocephaly may be muscular torticollis.
Torticollis is: A congenital (present at birth) finding in which
one or more of the neck muscles is extremely tight, causing the head to
tilt and/or turn in the same direction. Congenital torticollis is most often due to tightness in the muscle that
connects the breastbone and the collarbone to the skull. (It's called
the sternocleidomastoid muscle). This is called congenital muscular
torticollis.
Scoliosis is: Scoliosis is a condition in which the spine bends to the side
abnormally; either to the right or left. The curvature can be moderate
to severe. Zoey's is T9 to L4 at a 27 degree curve, the lower part of the back (lumbar scoliosis).
Gerd is: Gastroesophageal reflux. Like in adults with the condition, gastroesophageal
