My name is Wendy Davis and I lived in Panama City Florida. Notice I said lived. Hurricane Michael took most of our shingles, part of our roof and the siding off our house. We tried to stay in our home but it has water and mold and it put my husband in the hospital. Any money we had has been spent on hotels and now our insurance wants $3,300.00 deductible. Fortunately we have some wonderful friends who have offered us their home. But with no work and limited funds how do we pay this deductible? FEMA says we are not eligible for assistance and we were denied an SBA loan. Please help my family.
