On December 26, 2015 at 0059AM, the world lost a truly beautiful soul.  LeeAnn Hazelwood Johnson was a Glendale Police Officer, wife and mother who gave her all for her family and community.    She leaves behind a husband and three children.  

The funds raised here will be used to pay for funeral expenses, therapy for the children and if there is more, college funds for the children.
