Recently it has come to pass that my father, Jaime, has been dealing with cancer that has manifest in tumors in his small intestine, pancreas, liver and lungs.

Near the beginning of the year, he began experiencing pain in his stomach.   Subsequent doctors visits along with a hospitalization revealed damage to the lining of his stomach, a mass in his lung, a tumor in his liver, a malignant tumor in his small intestine with metastases to the multiple lymph nodes and the pancreas.  There was also damage done to his stomach lining.  Pathology report from a biopsy of the tumor in his small intestine confirmed adenocarcinoma.

Official diagnosis is stage IV cancer of the stomach

Chemotherapy will begin as soon as he is able.  He is being treated in the Philippines and all funds collected will go towards his treatments, medications, and hospital expenses.
