Sunday morning October 14th 2018 James Knocked on the door of a friend's house for a ride to church. As he waited outside in the snow for his friend to wake up, a nosy neighbor saw him as a suspicious black man wearing a hoodie. Unable to see his familiar face thru the heavy snow falling the neighbor called the police. Neighbors apologized for calling but it was too late. Police had ran his name and James was taken to jail for a "failure to appear in court in 2015" warrant. The Douglas County judge release James on a $2,000 Bond. However he was soon visited by I.C.E and a hold was placed on his release by our newest immigration law created by our "Make America great again" President Trump. James needs an immigration lawyer to remove the hold so he can be released. We have found one of the best lawyers and ready to get James out as soon as possible with great help. Unfortunately lawyer cost is $2,000 and for the hold to be removed is an additional $1,000. All funds will go to this process.
