Josh’s Tuition Assistance

Hi, my name is Joshua Rivera-Sharp for those who do not know me.  It is my belief that God puts walls in front of us to test our faith.  I am being tested at this very moment, and here is my story. Recently, God gave me vision, and for the first time, in a long time, I see a future for my life. I have decided to go back to school to study Psychology and the process has so far been going smooth. Until the 'test' from God began. The test of faith. In 2014 I attended a University for one semester but could not continue my studies because my mother lost her job and my family went through a financial hardship. I had to leave school because we could not afford the tuition. Since then I joined the military, but realized that path was not for me.  Although I enjoyed my journey while in boot camp, I realized at my graduation, that I was following a dream that was not ordained by God, but something I wanted to do.  I knew this because I could not find peace within regarding my decision.  I have since left and I am pursuing my dream of attending & completing school.   The process of enrolling was going well, my mother was approved for a loan for me, but because my loan from my prior school had defaulted, I was told that I could not apply the loan to my present school cost.  I will not give up and as humbling as this is for me, I am reaching out to you, my tribe, for any assistance.  (I am taking the 'late session') at my school and payments have to be made prior to that start date.  I am trusting God for a miracle & believing Him for great things to come.
