Eden's Top Surgery Fund

Hi there, my names Eden, I use he/they pronouns and I’m a 23 year old trans guy. Some of you might know me and some of you might not, but either way I am grateful that you have found your way to my crowd fund. I decided to start this fund in 2021 to take the leap and begin raising money for my top surgery! This is a masculinisation procedure that will involve getting my breasts removed resulting in a natural looking, flat chest.

Balancing living costs, rent, university as well as paying for my own hormone treatment, it would take me years and years to be able to raise the money to fund my own surgery, and this reality makes it difficult to have a sense of future. All I want is to feel comfortable in my own body so I can begin to live life to the fullest. This is why I’m looking to my family, friends and community for a helping hand getting to this point. This procedure will be life changing for my mental health. For the last few years I have suffered with depression and anxiety and my dysphoria has a large part to play in this.

THE FINANCIAL BIT

Your money will help go towards paying for the surgery, hospital bills and medication post-op. For the particular procedure that I want (Double Excision top surgery with Free Nipple Graft) London Transgender Clinic charge between £6,900 - £7,700, I will not know until I meet with them what the exact cost will be.

I know these are hard times financially and I completely understand anyone who is not in a position to donate.
