Chelsea D. Bartles Fund

Chelsea D. Bartles passed away on Saturday unexpected.She was 21 years old and getting ready to go to prom and graduate. For those of you that knew Chelsea, her disabilities might have held her down physically but they did not hold her down emotionally. She was always very happy and full of life. It is a very devastating situation. At this time Heidi is doing the best she can for being a grieving mother and continues to get support from her eldest daughter, Fairen, her husband, James as well all her close family and friends. Heidi did not have an insurance policy for Chelsea so money is becoming a huge stress factor for her in regards to her burial and service.
