I'm trying to do what I can to help my sister not lose her home for the second time. She lost a lot last year. Her husband committed suicide, but not before he set their home on fire so she would be left without him, her job, and her home. The condo association paid their insurance deductable to begin construction and are looking to recover that fee from her and have put a lein on the property.
