Hi everyone, my name is Harvey, and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart. My family and I are raising funds for my beloved sister, Dorothy, who is courageously battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

Earlier in 2023, Dorothy received the devastating diagnosis. The cancer has already spread to several vital organs, including her brain. Her spine is also affected, showing multiple abnormalities that cause her immense pain and limit her mobility. Dorothy is currently in the Philippines, where access to affordable, comprehensive cancer care is limited. Her health insurance covers only a small fraction of the costs, and like many middle-class families, we were unprepared for the financial toll this illness would bring.

Despite everything, Dorothy remains incredibly strong. She’s undergoing multiple rounds of chemotherapy and bone treatments, and she faces each day with courage and grace. But the costs are mounting, her savings are depleted, and our family’s resources are quickly diminishing.

Dorothy is more than a sister to me. She’s one of my best friends and the light of our family. Her laughter, kindness, and resilience inspire everyone around her. We are doing everything we can to support her, but we can’t do it alone.
