Be a Lifeline for Melissa's Kidney Transplant
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request. Melissa Softic, a bright and resilient 22-year-old, is still in urgent need of a kidney transplant.
Melissa was diagnosed with lupus at just 12 years old. After years of courageously managing her condition, her kidneys failed last year at age 21. She is now working closely with the University of Utah to receive a life-saving transplant.
If you or someone you know might be willing to be tested as a potential donor, please visit the University of Utah’s living donor program. You can simply search “University of Utah kidney donor” and fill out the form.
Patient Name: Melissa Softic
Date of Birth: September 19, 2002
Even if you’re not able to donate, you can still help by spreading the word. Every share brings us closer to finding a match.
If you’d like to contribute financially, I’m setting aside any donations to support Melissa during her recovery and to give her something to look forward to once she’s feeling better.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, support, and prayers.
