The Circle of Life

I am a childhood trauma survivor and I am campaigning strongly for better mental health support for men. Please support my cause through supporting my campaign to publish my book, The Circle of Life. Through this book, I want to foster more conversations regarding mental health, childhood abuse and their impact on men and their lives. Unfortunately, men's mental health is still an issue of stigma resulting in many men not speaking up and suffering alone. This is also a primary reason for the 400% higher suicide rates in men compared to women. It will take a lot of effort and work to get ourselves to where we need to be as a society but it has to start somewhere. I appreciate your support in this endeavour.
