Dear friends and family of Riad Cocoon
Looking for a helping hand for those most in need in hospitality business.
After 10 years of activity in Marrakech, Riad Cocoon had to close its doors to the public on March 17, 2020 due to COVID-19. We had no choice but to do so in the interest of the health and safety of our team and the community at large.
A few years ago, I wanted to realize a dream: to combine my two passions, the search for harmony both spiritual and physical and my unconditional love for music ... and this place is Cocoon!
This would not have been possible without all of you and without the incredible support, hard work and dedication of our team - they have been the driving force behind our success.
Today, in these very difficult times where we have been out of revenue for almost five months, we are in a difficult position.
Right now, with little visibility on when these restrictions might be lifted, our livelihood is at stake, as well as that of the team and the families it supports.
While we hope that our closure is temporary, we know that the pain and effects of this situation are real and are happening now.
Many of you have been incredibly generous in asking how you can help, here's how - by donating to this fund.
Fifty percent of the proceeds from this fund will go to the loyal and hardworking members of the Riad Cocoon team and the other half will help maintain the Riad. This is the only way to hope to reopen the Riad with the same spirit that makes Cocoon special.
We fully understand that the small hotel industry is not the only industry that has been affected by this disaster. We are all in the same boat.
We hope that our doors will open again soon so that we can have the pleasure of welcoming you back to our family at Riad Cocoon.
