We are two Nepalese students completing our B.A. in Thailand.

We live with a group of divine ladies who are dedicated to creating peace for the world.

Our day includes the practice of the Transcendental Meditation program along with our classes. It has changed our lives for the better.

After we graduate in August, we want to become Teachers of Transcendental Meditation so we can teach others to also enjoy the benefits of deep rest, release of stress, and increasing happiness.

We plan to teach in Nepal where some students in schools have already learned TM and many more want to learn.

The world needs peace, and this technique is easy to learn, simple to practice, and gives more inner stability in our changing world. Our goal is to rebuild the world and make it a better place where everyone can live in harmony.

We need to raise Euros 6800 (about $8000) by 30 April 2026. This will cover all phases of the TM Teacher Training Course.

Every donation will bring us one step closer to reaching the course fee and fulfilling our dream.
