Local yoga teacher, specializing in therapeutic alignment, many refer to Jody as "the teachers' teacher." Jody Domerstad is an inspiration to everyone she touches in her yoga classes at Garden State Yoga. Jody teaches people to live in the now and to love from their hearts every single day. She has never lived by her own word more than right now. After two seizures, Jody was rushed to the hospital where doctors found a mass on her brain that must be removed with costly surgery.
