Rebuild Jamaica with The Love Revolution

We know you’ve seen many fundraisers asking for support. Choosing where to give can be difficult and that’s why The Love Revolution took time to understand where and how we can make the greatest impact for the people of Jamaica.

The Love Revolution was founded nearly 10 years ago by Renford Jeffrey, a proud son of Jamaica and a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in mental health and community outreach. Renford has dedicated his life to rebuilding communities in both Jamaica and Canada and has received numerous honors, including the Florence Nightingale Award and the Edward Tremain Award for outstanding service.

After retiring, Renford returned home to Jamaica to launch The Love Revolution a global movement committed to transforming lives through care, compassion, and collaboration. The Love Revolution works with local and diaspora organizations to provide relief and empower individuals to thrive as productive citizens.

Our work spans the island, supporting schools through nutrition and literacy programs, offering financial and vocational counseling, and providing both mental and physical health support. By strengthening families and communities, we aim to create lasting change.

In light of the recent hurricane, many neighborhoods face a long and difficult recovery. To continue our mission, The Love Revolution is raising funds to purchase a transport van. A vital tool that will allow our team to reach the hardest hit areas with food, medical supplies, and teams providing psychological and medical care. This van will not only serve in disaster relief but will also sustain our long-term community rebuilding efforts.

Jamaica has given the world so much; the heartbeat of reggae, the warmth of its people, and a culture that celebrates love and life. Now, Jamaica needs our love in return.
