My mom is 67 years old and is a waitress. She has to lift heavy trays every day at work. She lives alone with my brother who has Down Syndrome. She has breast cancer and has to have 3 surgeries. She is going to apply for 12 weeks worth of temporary disability, (that is all that the state offers) but it's only about 200 a week. NOW she has broken her shoulder and can't return to work until her shoulder heals. She planned to start her leave as of the 21st and attempt to get all 3 surgeries done within the 12 weeks. Now she has broken her shoulder and I don't think she'll be able to work between now and the 22nd because she is a waitress/server and has to carry heavy trays. I'm trying to raise even a small amount of money to help her pay her rent and utilities and for food. Can anyone please help donate and share this? Even a little helps.
