Hello,

It’s really hard for me to be vulnerable in to do this but I’m in a really tough situation and I desperately need help from my community/friends/family to get out of Texas and reestablished back in California.

After losing my apartment of 20 years in San Francisco, I ended up coming to Texas to help a good friend that was in a tough spot, and it seemed like it was gonna be a good thing for both of us and it just didn’t turn out that way. The economy here is terrible. I was unable to get my dog business off the ground and had some conflicts with my living situation.

funds I had loaned are being withheld from me, and I don’t have enough money to make it back and put a down payment on a place on my own, and I don’t have time to take legal action here.

The one person and only support system I had here is no more, and I am facing homelessness in a red state with no support.

I have a large net work of people and community in the bay area that I know I’ll be able to start up my business again there, focusing on dog boarding. I’ve found property that looks ideal but I need funds and it’s not cheap out there.

Me and my animals would be so grateful if you could donate what you can to us to help us get reestablished.
