Hello, my name is Madison Marsalis, the niece of Rolando Hinds Jr. Let me first say thank you for all the prayers and assistance during this time. All donations collected will directly support his family and expenses associated with bereavement.

Rolando Hinds, affectionately known as Jota, Ro or J has, unfortunately passed away and leaves behind his partner and four kids. He was beloved as a father, son, brother, uncle, friend and much more. We are asking for support during an incredibly difficult time as our family grieves this loss. He had the unique ability to light up any room he walked into and make special connections with the people he came across. Knowing this, my heart goes out to all of you during this time as we grieve this lost together.

Due to him being the primary caretaker of his family, they are facing an unexpected financial strain. This money will be put toward helping his family get back on their feet.
