Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association (BSRA) believes no one should be limited because of access, socio-economic reasons or physical or mental limitations. BSRA serves the WNY community with access to the Buffalo River through youth, adaptive, and community rowing programs focused on inclusion (affordability, diversity, ability), safety, character building for competitive and recreational rowing. Our programs include scholastic rowing (Canisius HS & Buffalo Seminary), BSRA Juniors (highschool girls and boys from all over WNY), Adults (BRRC Masters, Independent scullers & Adult Learn to Row), Youth Learn to Row, Inclusive Rowing (a pilot adaptive program for teens and young adults), Modified Rowing (a program for 7th & 8th graders including students from Buffalo Creek Academy Charter school), as well as many teambuilding and outreach learn to rows (Let's Row Buffalo). We have qualified coaches and two full time staff. All programs operating out of our newly completed state-of-the-art facility at 405 Ohio Street.
We do not have try outs, we do not turn anyone away who wants to row, but cannot afford to Dues; we aim to keep Dues affordable for everyone because of generous donations from our members and community and awarded grants. Community directly supports the sustainability of this organization.

This event is a fundraising effort to provide scholarships to youth and adults to row in 2022. Our total fundraising is $10,000 ($5,000 being from our participating teams and $5,000 from sponsorships or a matching donation). We ask you today to be a part of our community giving and a part of the sustainability of BSRA's mission.

You can make a difference by donating today to Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association.
