Brittany, a wife and mother of two, was critically injured in a UTV accident. September 22nd, started out with family fun and ended in tragedy. The driver of the UTV lost control after after hitting some gravel and Brittany was ejected from the vehicle causing a tear in a ventricle of her heart. She was taken to SSM St. Charles where she was air lifted to SLU and immediately taken into surgery. Brittany had emergency open heart surgery to repair the tear in her ventricle. She is still in the ICU recovering from her injuries and we are looking forward to her coming home. Obviously with a serious injury like this the medical bills are going to start coming in and with this page we are hoping to ease the cost and help her have a quick and worry free recovery.
