Ataxia is a condition that has deeply affected my family, especially my mum. Watching her struggle with everyday tasks has been heart-wrenching. Ataxia impacts coordination and balance, making simple movements challenging, and it can feel like a thief, stealing away the joys of life. Despite these challenges, my mum remains incredibly brave and continues to inspire us every day.

To honor her strength and to help find a cure, my sister and I have decided to take on an exciting challenge: a skydive! We are jumping from thousands of feet in the air, not just for the thrill but to raise awareness and funds for ataxia research. Every penny we raise will go towards initiatives that support research, treatment, and ultimately finding a cure for this condition that affects so many lives.
