My name is Lara Pereira and I’m a 24 year old music student from Lisbon, Portugal.
I’m making this campaign because recently, I received the opportunity of a lifetime: to study music in the United States with a full scholarship, at Berklee College of Music. This has been one of my biggest lifelong dreams, but unfortunately, I cannot reach it without help. The full scholarship to Berklee, which, on its own, is a rare opportunity that I’m extremely grateful to have, does not include expenses, travel and cost of living, which can be very high in the United States.
For this reason, I come to ask for your help in supporting my music journey and dream. All support will contribute to my training, but not only that. I’m a musician because I want to reach people and have a positive and significant impact on those who hear me play. Therefore, all help will contribute to this goal and will have an impact not only on me, but on those who I reach through my music.

O meu nome é Lara Pereira, tenho 24 anos e sou estudante de música em Lisboa, Portugal.
Criei esta campanha porque recentemente recebi a oportunidade de uma vida: A de estudar música nos Estados Unidos com bolsa integral, na Berklee College of Music. Este sempre foi um dos meus maiores sonhos, mas infelizmente não consigo alcançá-lo sem ajuda. A bolsa integral para Berklee, que, por si só, é uma oportunidade rara, pela qual estou extremamente grata, não inclui despesas, viagens e custo de vida, que podem ser muito elevados nos Estados Unidos.
Por esse motivo, venho pedir ajuda para apoiar o meu sonho e percurso musical. Todo o apoio contribuirá para a minha formação, mas não só. Sou música porque quero chegar às pessoas e causar um impacto positivo e significativo em quem me ouve tocar.
