Aid Dad's Hopeful Recovery

Hi everyone. As many of you may know, my dad has had a really rough time with his health the last couple of years. He’s been in and out of the hospital countless times, especially this year. Unexpectedly, on Friday 5/9, he went in once again and had to have emergency surgery on his knee. They found an infection that is still in his knee, over a week later, and after the infection is out, he will have to have another knee replacement. He’s been losing blood, and facing some other complications and we still don’t have the answers as to why. He is fighting chronic kidney disease and has diabetes on top of that, so that already makes it harder for him to fight off infections. He spent a week at Med Center BG and is currently at rehab in Franklin at their hospital. He currently can’t walk, is still having tests ran, and will go through physical therapy to hopefully walk again. This is going to cause him to have extensive medical bills and is already putting financial strain on him, my mom, and niece that they raise. My mom often can’t work due to having to take care of him. My dad depends on my to care for him almost fully even before this. I just want to try to help them, and I know they’d be grateful for anything!
