Hi, my name is Amanda, and I’m reaching out with the heaviest heart to ask for help for my husband, Jody.

Jody is not just my husband — he’s a loving father of two, a caring friend, and the kind of person who lights up every room he walks into. Recently, our lives were turned upside down when Jody was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. It started in his kidney, which had to be removed, but tragically, it has already spread to his lungs.

Despite the pain and uncertainty, Jody continues to fight with incredible strength and courage. But the truth is, this battle has taken a huge toll on our family — emotionally, physically, and financially. Between treatments, doctor visits, time away from work, and the daily costs of living, we are struggling to keep up.

We want to give Jody the best chance possible — to spend more time with our children, to create memories together, and to keep fighting this disease with every option available. But we can’t do it alone.
