Help Anna Beat Breast Cancer Again

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for your support for an incredible woman, Anna Encarnacion. Three years ago, Anna bravely fought breast cancer in her right breast and thankfully went into remission. She worked hard to rebuild her life and health, staying strong, independent, and full of hope.

But about a month ago, Anna received devastating news: the cancer has returned—this time in her left breast. It’s currently Stage 1, which gives us hope. But time is critical.

Before she can begin treatment, Anna’s insurance requires her to pay a $6,000 deductible upfront for surgery. On top of that, she will need radiation therapy and follow-up care, which come with additional out-of-pocket costs. As a divorced woman living on her own, Anna has been carrying the weight of this alone. She’s an incredibly hardworking and independent person—but even the strongest people sometimes need help!
