Our names are Brook Turner and Noel Garcia, and it is with extremely heavy hearts for us to have to share that our father, Edgar (Eddie) Reese Turner, died suddenly after New Years Day at his home in Sun Valley, Nevada at the age of just 56. Unfortunately, we have been left with many unanswered questions and won’t have any answers for possibly up to 10 weeks, which has made things even more difficult for us. No one can be 100% prepared mentally and emotionally for something like this, but more so because this was extremely sudden. Also with this being so sudden, we were no where near financially prepared for all the costs of everything ranging from travel expenses (we live over 6 hours away from where our father resided), loss of wages because of missing work, and of course all of the arrangements needed to be able to peacefully lay our father to rest. With all of the expenses that are already accruing for us because of these unforeseen circumstances, we would appreciate any financial help that can get us through this process of laying our father to rest. Prayers are also very much needed through this overwhelmingly difficult process.
