Hello my name is Oriya, and I’m fundraising to help me get a Laptop! I enjoy twitch streaming and gaming, I like talking to people, and I also would love to do it as a source of income.

I hit affiliate within a week of streaming, I just don’t have a PC to be able to accept donations or subscribers yet.

I started going live on TikTok while I stream, and I do get sent a few gifts there (Thank you) TikTok keeps over 75% of the income though!! Which is CRAZY.

With a PC aswell I would be able to Stream my Gameplay on TikTok! Which is where a a large portion of my audience is from.

For further context of me and my story: I’m 19, from AB Canada, and I moved a distance away from my parents place soon after my 19th birthday.

I moved for personal reasons that were mistreatment, and some financial abuse to put mildly, and I’m on a minimal contact level with my parents now.

I’ve since moved four times, with two of them honestly being a bit traumatic.

(Having only a few hours to pack everything, and having to leave half of all of my belongings was one, and one time being a physical fight.)

I now live with in a basement, and I rent a room.

Thankfully I just got a job after 8 months of persistent passing out resumes (I’ve handed out 60 if not more)

This job is in great timing and a blessing because November was going to be the last month I could pay rent.

Even though I got a job now and will be full time working, 90% will be going to bills and groceries. (Economy is insane)

That doesn’t leave much for me to save, or get other things: Like work clothes, a dresser, winter Boots and gloves, snow pants, etc. That’s where streaming could come in for me. I want to save as much as I can and invest in myself to be in a better position than I am in now.

In a few months around February I will be able to afford a PC on my own, this go fund me will hopefully help me boost that time to get one sooner. :) Any amount helps.

Even though I’m OK now, In a few months I will actually have to find another place to rent. Besides where I rent now though, other places rent are more than double what I pay currently. This economy is intense man.
