Hi, my name is Josh and im desperate to get back to a normal life and im fundraising to get myself a leg that would help me regain my freedom and be able to get back to my passion of farming.

As some of you may or may not know in June 2024 i had a major accident at work. Fast foward a year later and unfortunately my foot was beyond repair and with the support of my surgical team i had to make the dreaded decision to have a lower leg amputation.

Unfortunately the NHS leg i have isn't the best shall we say, and is really prolonging my recovery. my stump doesn't sit right into the socket and is cause more damage.

So thst brings us to the page, I have had a consultation with a private prosthetist and they have advised me on a leg that would give me everything im looking for and most importantly returning to some sort of normality and most of all returning to work on the farm my passion.

So although I have savings its become a far reality of me getting this leg which is really affecting my physically and mentally health.
