Winston’s Recovery

Donation protected
The Beaverlodge Fire Department is raising money on behalf of one of our fire fighters, Winston and his family. On Wednesday April 16, Winston experienced a sudden cardiac arrest during some physical fire training at the hall. Due to the quick action of other fire fighters at the hall, an off duty paramedic who responded to the hall from home and EMS, ROSC was achieved. Winston is still currently in a medically induced coma in the UofA ICU recovering while they investigate the cause of his event. We are raising this money on behalf of Winston’s incredible wife Shelby and their two beautiful children. We are hoping to ease any financial bill that comes their way so they can focus all their energy on Winston’s recovery. Winston is the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back, and brings a smile to anyone’s face who knows him.
