On June 24th we got a call from the coroners office saying that the DNA was our dad Chris. For those of you who don't know, On May 23rd, 2019 our dad Chris was in a fiery car crash that killed him on 1-5 near Lodi, Ca. Please continue to pray for our family & we ask that you please share our page. Thank you all who have shared & donated already, at this time we are still taking donations. We appreciate everything.
We will be doing a celebration of Christopher Cayabyab's life (Memorial service) in July. We will keep everyone updated on what happens.

On Thursday May 23, 2019 approximately at 7:30am there was a fatal big-rig crash on I-5 near Lodi, Ca. Our Dad Chris, was one of the victim's in this horrific crash. He was on his way from Stockton, Ca to Sacramento, Ca for a Dr. Appointment and also to watch his youngest daughter Izabel graduate high school. We got the tragic news 1 hour before my little sister was about to walk the stage and receive her diploma while grieving. We are all trying our best to be so strong, but we are just so shocked and hurt by this. He was a loving/caring husband, father and grandfather. Chris always made sure we were all good and had everything we needed. He has been married to his wife Jean for 17 years. He was a father to a 15 year old Son named Branden, an 18 year old daughter named Izabel, a 25 year old daughter named Brittini, 30 year old daughter named Ashley, a 10 year old grand-daughter Ne'Vaeh, and 8 year old grandson Malcom Jr. Please help our family lay him to rest. We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers. Please continue prayers as we still grieve over this tragic loss of this young great man. Due to our financial situation we ask for any donations you are willing to contribute, anything will help. Thank you in advance and please feel free to share our link. https://fox40.com/2019/05/23/fiery-fatal-crash-involving-8-vehicles-prompts-i-5-closure-west-of-lodi/ https://www.kcra.com/article/i-5-crash-lodi/27570146 https://sacramento.cbslocal.com/video/4091170-i-5-crash/ https://www.modbee.com/latest-news/article230742989.html https://www.recordnet.com/news/20190523/two-killed-in-series-of-fiery-crashes-that-shut-down-part-of-i-5
