HELP Elena Macintosh Hurricane

My dear friend Elena Macintosh is stranded on the third floor in a apartment complex in Holly Ridge North Carolina. She is the only person in the whole complex! Hurricane Florence has kept her from her home in Surf City. No power for several days has exhausted her spirit and finances. Disabled and on a small limited income she will be going back to a home destroyed by mold and mildew at the very least. Elena will not even be allowed to attempt to go home before Friday. Her friends and family know the heartbreaking trials she has faced in her life, loss of a husband in a tragic car accident followed by the loss of a son ten years later in another car accident. Elena still keeps her faith in the good lord and struggles to stay positive and grateful for what little she has. At this time no one even knows if her home is even inhabitable anymore. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
