Vet needs help moving for new career

My name is Matt Kelly, and I joined the Army as a 13F or casually referred to as a  Forward Observer with the 1-187 IN 3 BDE 101st Airborne stationed at Fort Campbell KY from 2006 to 2011.  During that time, I deployed once to Iraq for fifteen months and a year to Afghanistan. Once my enlistment was up, I was honorably discharged from the Army. After returning to civilian life I worked hard to get my college education.  It took a little longer than usual but I finally did it. I received my Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Utica College NY in December 2017. As you all know, life doesn’t go according to plan usually have worked hard not only on my education but also myself.  I have had many starts and stops and I have grown into a hardworking and mature 30-year-old man. I have learned how to cope with and use the stress I endure from spending 27 months in combat as a source of strength and determination. I have conquered the emotional and educational transitions from military to civilian life. What I am finding to be the most difficult barrier is to become gainfully employed.  Since my discharge, I have held a wide array of jobs but they were all minimum wage. I held more than one job while I was going through college just to make ends meet. I have recently completed a Business Development Representative (BDR) internship program with SVAcademy (SVA). It was tough competition to get in and stay in this program.  It will get my feet in the door of 30+ Technology Companies in the Silicon Valley. SVA guarantees interviews and has a 100% success rate for employment after completion. However, I have to move to the Silicon Valley area, which we all know is a very expensive place to live. I have been working hard to save money, but my $10.00 an hour paycheck doesn’t leave a lot at the end of the month.   I finish my internship on September 28th. I will need to relocate within 90 days. I only want to work, to have a career, a purpose. To be a contributing member of the country that I fought for. I will not let you down… I will have so many people (all of you) along for the journey. I have so much more to offer. I just need a little help to get me on my way.  Thank you!
