Hello, my name is Lucas (on the left) and I am 19. I am a trans individual who is hoping to medically transition.

I have little financial support, and have diagnosed OCD and autism that make this process much harder, so I'm looking for any help I can get.

I am on the waiting list for the Gender Identity Clinic, but the wait is going to be years and years of my life - a minimum of an average 6 years for the first appointment. I fear I will not survive this long waiting for gender affirming care that will greatly improve my quality of life and mental health.

I have socially transitioned for the majority of people around me, but my day to day life is still negatively affected by gender dysphoria. The feeling of being uncomfortable in my own body is a horrific feeling that affects my studying, work and relationships with people close to me.
