Support Keyonta Valentine After the Loss of His Mother

My name is Keyonta Valentine, and I am 19 years old. I have started this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden following the unexpected and heartbreaking loss of my mother, Lachonda Valentine. She was only 48 years old—a loving mother of three boys—and her life was tragically taken from us at our home on Sunday, May 4th, 2025.

Her sudden passing has shattered my world. My mom was my rock, my support system, and my best friend. She won’t be there to see me get married, to meet her future grandchildren, or to simply sit and talk with me when I’m happy, sad, or just needing someone to listen. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life.

I graduated from high school just last year and was still relying on my mom as I began navigating adulthood. I am now facing this painful reality while also trying to cover funeral costs and living expenses on my own.

I’m asking for help—whether it’s through prayer, kind words, or a financial contribution—so I can lay my mother to rest with dignity and find some stability during this incredibly difficult time.
