Becca Timan

Becca was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in June 2016. It was incorrectly diagnosed as a cyst for 1-2 years prior. Unfortunately it had spread to her bones by the time we were told. We have fought the cancer with conventional chemo/hormone therapy for 2 years and we have simultaneously been investigating using every possible supplement and alternative therapies that we could learn about and administer ourselves. Some are legal some are not approved by the FDA. So we have gladly borne the burden of things that our insurance would not cover. At the end of August Becca’s growing bone pain was confirmed on a PET scan to be advanced bone lesions all over her spine and hips. We are traveling to Los Angeles, CA to be treated with an ultrasound hyperthermia (not covered) along with standard radiation (covered). We are also hoping to do Isulin Potentiation Therapy (not covered) along with Low-Dose Chemotherapy (covered). So we are needing help for traveling expenses, hotel/airbnb costs, and some help with the alternative treatments. We may have to be out in LA for up to 8 weeks (during the weekdays).
