Support Frank's Heart Transplant Journey

Donation protected
Hi! My name is Janell and I’m fundraising on behalf of my uncle, Frank J. LeSassier, Jr. He is a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA, an Archbishop Shaw High School Alumni and graduate of Delgado Community College’s Architectural Engineering program. He was diagnosed with heart disease in his mid 50s which has progressed to right heart failure and is in desperate need of a heart transplant and possible kidney transplant as well.
He and his wife have been incurring medical expenses for the past 4 years starting when he received a defibrillator in 2020 and LVAD (Left Ventricular Arterial Device) in 2021. His medical condition has left him disabled and unable to continue the LeSassier family construction company legacy. He has been through countless specialist appointments, weekly infusion therapy, and multiple hospital stays due to various heart related complications.
Recently, he was airlifted to Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas and will require additional funds for travel, lodging and other self care needs. He and his team of multiple family caregivers are to reside in Houston for a minimum of 6 months following his transplant surgeries.
Please consider donating to assist with Frank’s continued care throughout his heart transplant journey. Any amount would greatly be appreciated by all the family! Thank you kindly in advance! God bless you!
