64 Year old son of a US Marine Veteran needs help.

Hello, my name is Dennis & I need help. If I cannot find another place to live, I will be counted as one more homeless Vet. I need monies to move & survive. My trailer got busted up & is no longer livable. This is a result of hurricane Sally. Hurricane Sally came in as a category 2, but stayed forever it seemed. I lived here through hurricanes Ivan, Katrina and numerous hurricanes and tropical depressions and never experienced the kind of destruction seen here.
I am hoping to get some kind of assistance with housing but I know that even in emergency situations this route is slow.
My rent is up at the end of September 2020 and I have no monies to help myself out of this situation.
If I can raise some monies I hope to get a PODS unit in my yard so I can move stuff into that until I can find a home. At this point I have 1 week to make it all happen. I am a DAV and have had 3 back surgeries (so far) and cannot move myself & will require help with packing & unpacking.
The cost of a POD unit will vary according to how long I use it & how far I need it moved from here. I have lived here in Elberta Alabama since 1988 & in this trailer since 2004 and (within a hundred miles I guess would be acceptable) really would like to stay somewhere close.
I also have my dog, Harley, whom is 11 years old and is included in my plans.
I will have to hire some help in order to accomplish this move no matter what happens.
I have NEVER been in a situation that I couldn't get myself out of until now. Please, if you can find it in your heart to help, it will be very much appreciated.
If you can help me find a home for myself & Harley that would help tremendously.
