Under normal circumstances Kelsey would have played his last baseball games of his senior year with his team. He would have attended his senior prom. Kelsey was unable to attend either due to a violent attack on Easter Sunday. Kelsey suffered multiple facial fractures along with a fractured vertebrae in his neck. He under went an extensive surgery to place titanium plates in his face and head and will be in a neck brace for several weeks. Christi Will be out of work for at least 6 weeks to care for Kelsey.
