For the past year i have been in a custody battle with my x for my son..franklin is going to be 3 on sept 27. And i have not met him yet. I am being accused of sexually assaulting my x. Lol something that is a total lie..jess and i dated for a year and were engaged. On August 30 the judge ruled both parties to undergo psychological evaluations by oct 1.. Between this order .. Two days with a lawyer. Bills. And taking care of my dad. (Jr). I have exceeded my financial limits. Again the help from within my family is not there.. Again..!
