In Loving Memory Of Mom Yim

A beautiful happy soul has been gained by heaven. Mom Yim a mother, a wife, a grandmother, a sister and a best friend, passed away on January 18,2023.

She was a happy and caring soul who could walk in a room and instantly make you feel cared for. She would share her kindness as if she’d known you for years. She was selfless and ensured you’d always be taken care of.

Mom, would be the first to offer whatever she had even if it was a little to someone in need. She was incredibly selfless, her laugh, her smile was contagious.

August 1,2022 our world had flipped upside down. We got the news and found out she had stage 4 colon cancer, with metastasis to her liver and spine. It felt like the world had stopped for the minute as the thought of loosing her was now our constant thought. At that moment it was a new reality that we had moments left in life and this our broke her heart and ours immensely.

No words can describe how the face of someone so happy can become sad knowing she may not be here to care of her children, her grandkids and her partner.

Over the next 5 months, she had fought an incredible battle. With rounds of chemo, doctors appointments, constant visits to the hospital she pushed through it all. There was a lot of ups and down but she made sure to try her very hardest so we could have her longer. Selfless, she was. Her focus was ensuring we were taken care even with her own circumstances.

Mom, will forever be remember by her beautiful soul and great kindness.
