This is Sean, better known as " Patches", an amazing, vibrant, 14 year old young man, who was recently diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, an aggressive form of bone cancer.  Sean is full of life, an amazing son, an excellent student, and a lover of many sports including skiing, mountain biking, baseball, and lacrosse.  This horrific tragedy was sudden and unexpected. 

We, his family, friends, and community are asking for any and all donations to assist him and his family in their time of need.  Sean is a fighter and will overcome!
