In the Fall of last year, we started a new forest preschool in Bolinas, CA in partnership with A Wilder Harmony at our property, Euphorbia Gardens!

During the start of the pandemic, the local children's center was forced to shut down. Unfortunately, this impacted the community, especially families with young children who would not have childcare/education options for the foreseeable future.

In 2019, two families came together with a common interest and were inspired by the land to create a space centered around regenerative principles. Thanks to some early donors, we created the infrastructure for a forest preschool to accommodate 2-3-year-olds.

Our mission is to create outdoor education that is accessible for all local children regardless of financial background. This past year, 40% of our students were on partial or full scholarships. Thanks to your donations, we were able to create a scholarship fund to underwrite students who do not have the means to afford preschool while allowing local teachers to receive a liveable wage. This would give these children access to early education and let their families have time to work.

Our goal is $45,000 to underwrite students in need for this 2023-2024 school year, raise funds for school supplies and create better and safer infrastructure to the greenhouses so that students can utilize the space.
