My name is Hend AJILI, currently living in France. The purpose of this fundraiser is to provide financial assistance to Mohammed Asad and his entire family.

Mohammed Asad is photojournalist , he is among the photographers widely recognised for covering the wars in Palestine.

"My home and family’s home was destroyed in the 2014 war"

then they rebuilt the house, but it was significantly destroyed again in the current war on Gaza in 2023, which was covered by the media.

"My daughter Dana is very upset, and we had to celebrate her birthday while displaced. We hope to return to our home and rebuild it once again."

At dawn on October 7, 2025, Israeli warplanes destroyed the homes of our neighbors, and unfortunately leveled our family house — which consisted of several floors and commercial shops — to the ground. It was a devastating scene, especially after we had rebuilt the house following its partial destruction in 2023 at the beginning of the war.
