Hi, I’m Alison and I’m a mummy of 7, my youngest, Hope, was born at 26+3 due to placental abruption that my midwife kept dismissing the bleeding. She was born with chronic lung disease and metabolic bone disease &Pulmonary hypertension, we are currently at a hospital 30 miles away from home and away from my other children, as you can imagine the strain itself from being with all my children daily to being so far away from them I’m having to travel back and forward etc & due to there not being many side rooms where parents can stay. Some nights I’m having to use hotels which is costly, using launderettes etc when I’m not able to travel back. I can only see my other children every other weekend if we can afford it.

she’s now officially on low flow in the day for 8 hours!!  & bi-pap for the remaining hours!!  After being intubated, c-pap bi-pap 

I’ve been too embarrassed to set up this page but an advisor from the hospital said it’s always worth a shot and to put my feelings to the side.
